ESC Rights

 

As human beings we are all entitled to live a life of dignity, relative to the society in which we live. By incorporating economic, social and cultural rights into Irish law as it has promised, the government would be guaranteeing people this dignity. Its decisions must be geared towards the delivery of these rights so it is ensuring that every one of us can access, at the very least, a basic standard of living. This includes access to education, healthcare, work and income.
