Saudi Arabia executed 47 people in a single day on 2 January. We must protest against this utter disregard for human rights.
Shi’a Muslim cleric Sheikh Nimr Baqir al-Nimr, was among those executed. He was convicted after a political and grossly unfair trial.

I Stand with Ibrahim - 10 December Human Rights Day action
I Stand with Ibrahim, on the 10 December, on International Human Rights Day, Amnesty International will be taking to the streets of Dublin to highlight Ibrahim Halawa's case and to show him solidarity as he faces turning 20 years old in prison on 13 December.
Ibrahim Halawa has spent the last two years of his teenage life in prison without conviction. He is an Irish citizen, he is from Firehouse, Dublin.

Free Raif - Stop the flogging
Raif Badawi was flogged 50 times on 9 Janurary for the 'crime' of blogging. What is worse is that Raif could be flogged 950 more times. Every Friday, he is at risk of the flogging starting again.

Free Raif: Demonstration at Embassy of Saudi Arabia
In May 2014 Raif Badawi was sentenced to 10 years in prison and 1000 lashes. He had since received 50 lashes in public on 9 January 2015.
Take action - join our demonstration calling for Raif's release.
Raif has so far been spared further flogging, initially on medical grounds and later for unknown reasons, however he remains behind bars with no clear movement in his case.
